Ticket & Refund Policy

Single-Day Admission: $12 advance / $15 gate.

Weekend Pass: $20 advance / $25 gate.

Kids 12 & Under: free.

General parking: free. Preferred parking: $10 advance / $15 on site. Preferred weekend parking: $20.

Prices are subject to availability and may change for future events.

Except as expressly provided below, all ticket and paid-parking purchases are final.

Tickets are not refundable for changes of personal plans, travel issues, failure to attend, weather when the event remains open, traffic or parking delays, or changes to vendors, guests, performers, schedules, attractions, or individual activities.

If SoFlo Card Show is cancelled in its entirety by the organizer and is not rescheduled, purchasers will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price and any SoFlo-controlled paid parking purchased for the cancelled event.

If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets and applicable paid parking will remain valid for the rescheduled event. Any limited refund-request period will be announced through official SoFlo channels.

No refund is due solely because of weather if the event remains open.

Schedules, programming, vendors, guests, performers, vehicles, sponsors, and attractions may change. A change, cancellation, substitution, late arrival, early departure, or nonappearance does not independently create a right to a refund.

Tickets may not be duplicated, counterfeited, or fraudulently reproduced. SoFlo is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.

Admission may be denied for invalid, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or previously redeemed tickets. SoFlo may deny entry or remove an attendee for conduct that threatens safety, violates law, harasses others, damages property, interferes with operations, or violates venue rules.

Photography and video recording may occur throughout the event.
